"Had some mozzarella sticks that were served as part of a buffet at a holiday party and for reasons I don’t understand, there was no marinara sauce provided for dipping. Right off the bat I was preparing myself for a disappointing stick and unfortunately that ended up being the case. There was too much breading and the cheese wasn’t quite melted enough which combined with the lack of marinara made for a dry and stodgy bite. I’m not sure if this was out of desperation or just a wacko Philadelphia thing but I noticed multiple other party attendees dipping them in ketchup 🤢. Decent stretch though." - Brandon K.
